With a background in industrial design and many years of experience in brand consulting and design strategy for SMEs and start-ups, Ruth uses her passion for conceptual thinking to drive sustainable change.With her ability to flexibly switch between disciplines and roles, she creates thinking spaces in which better solutions are created together.

Stefan Senger

As a designer with a background in communication design, Stefan moves between analysis and design. He incorporates design methods into strategic processes - systemically, human-centred and with a feel for social and technological developments.What inspires him? Intersections- whether industrial change through AI or (internet-) culture as a driver of social development. He develops narratives, translates complexity into images and uses design as a tool for sustainable change.
